SAM MADDALI:
Chairman and Co-Founder
Sam Maddali, Chairman and Co-Founder of PPN, Inc. He joins PPN Corporation as a leading consultant in pharmacy and retail operations. With over 20 years experience in international product sales, and applying a strong expertise in data-driven, long-term strategic planning, Sam is a welcome addition to the company. Prior to joining PPN, Sam was the owner of Valley Pharmacy & Surgical Supply. He led the corporate business development and new client systems that increased Valley’s sales. In his first three months, Sam increased the firm’s sales revenues by 20%. He was involved in exploring joint venture opportunities with companies such as Eli Lilly Corporation and The MRX Pharma Group. He managed a diverse project portfolio, including market analysis studies, managed care systems, product feasibility profiles, and customer satisfaction measurement. Sam Maddali holds a Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. He is an active member of Economic Development Committee of the Morris County, & Rotary International. He is a proud supporter of Gift of Life International.

WILLIAM MALAVE:
SVP, Marketing & Business Development
Bill Malave, SVP and Co-Founder of PPN, Inc., has more than 20 years of progressively responsible experience directing as many as 600 employees in companies with revenues in excess of $5 billion. Bill has led these companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes. Bill has several years of experience in Managed Care Contracting, Wholesale Distribution Channels and Durable Medical Equipment. Prior to creating PPN, Bill was Director, Pharmacy Marketing at Duane Reade for 2.5 years. Bill Malave served as Director of Kinray Inc, for over 7 years. At Kinray Inc. Bill earned the respect of his team by being an effective and dynamic leader. His outstanding business and marketing strategies increased revenue and profits for the Fortune 500 Company. He received his Health Service Administration degree from St. John’s University. Bill Malave currently lives in New York with his wife and child is a proud supporter of The American Diabetes Association.
